Michelle Beneke
Founder and CEO
Michelle Beneke BA LLB (Wits) is a practising attorney with more than 25 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law. She has provided legal counsel to clients in both the public and private sectors and has held management positions in the private healthcare, logistics and supply chain management industries.
Michelle advises clients in South Africa and abroad on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, shareholder disputes, deal structuring and financing arrangements, including B-BBEE transactions.
